Celebrating Sweet Corn from Boulder's Munson Farms

Nothing says summer in Colorado more than when the crop of sweet corn hits the market (or maybe that's the East Coaster in me)!  Come to the restaurant for our first 4580 Farm to Table Dinner celebrating a local crop from a local farm.  Chef Travis Messervey will be delighting our taste buds with a 4 course dinner featuring fresh corn from Munson Farms.

First
corn gazpacho, chilled lobster, garlic chips

roast corn and melon salad, vanilla vinaigrette

Second
corn flan, lovage, sherry reduction

Third
grilled halibut cheeks, pickled cucumber, corn bilini
or
corn fritters, roasted chanterelle mushroom, lemon crème fraiche

corn bread pudding, poached figs, honey comb ice cream
